This is a new commL4D comic that will be released every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Hope you guys like them.

According to hunterbrute from L4DMods.com, the new addoninfo.txt may contain the following code:

It seems that character and infected models along with weapon functionality can be adjusted if this is a reality.

CEVO has lived up to their promise to host a L4D2 tournament shortly after the game's release.  Check out the press release:

The Classic Versus tournament will be a double-elimination online event for gamers in the L4D2 community. The format of the tournament will be 4 v 4. Registration is open starting Wednesday, November 18th until Thursday, December 10th with Round 1 matches beginning on Monday, December 14th.

- Format: 4 v 4.
- Maps: Dead Center, Swamp Fever, Dark Carnival, Hard Rain and The Parish (Map Rotation: TBA)
- Matches will be played on Mondays and Thursdays.
- The CMN3 must be used for all matches.
- POV demos are required for all players, in all matches.
- Teams will play matches on their own private servers.
- ALL disputes must be filed within an hour of the conclusion of the match.

The Scavenge tournament will be using an open group play format, in which all matches from the group play rounds must be completed by one final deadline day. This event will also use the 4 v 4 format. Registration is open starting Tuesday, November 17th until Thursday, December 10th with Round 1 matches beginning on Monday, December 14th.

- Format: 4 v 4.
- Rounds: Best of 3 or 5 - To Be Determined
- Maps: Mall Atrium, Motel, Plank Country, Milltown, Sugar Mill and Park (Map Rotation: TBA)
- ALL group play matches must be finished by January 11th.
- The CMN3 must be used for all matches.
- POV demos are required for all players, in all matches.
- Screenshots of the final score must be taken for all matches.
- Teams will play matches on their own private servers.
- ALL disputes must be filed within an hour of the conclusion of the match.

NOTE: Although teams may participate in BOTH events if desired, teams should be mindful of their schedules and understand that both tournaments are happening at the same time when deciding which events to participate in.
